Summary
The Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics Engineering, will leverage advanced analytics to drive business growth, optimize strategies, and deliver actionable insights. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams in Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product, using data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and scalable measurement frameworks to support global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to generate actionable insights impacting business outcomes
  • Analyze performance and ROI of marketing and growth initiatives
  • Develop dashboards and scalable measurement frameworks to empower data-informed decisions
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities to refine growth and marketing strategies
  • Serve as subject matter expert on marketing KPIs and analytics best practices
  • Design and conduct experiments to measure ad spend, brand campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Translate complex business challenges into structured analytics projects
  • Communicate results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences to influence strategy

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of industry experience and an advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, or Economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar role
  • Proven track record presenting actionable data-driven recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R; experience with dimensional data modeling and schema design is a plus
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, paid media, and SEO
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in high-growth, cross-functional environments
  • Experience in technology, financial services, or high-growth organizations is advantageous
  • Preferred: experience mentoring or leading analytics/data science teams, knowledge of Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and A/B testing frameworks, and ability to perform advanced statistical analysis and develop machine learning models
