A leading financial services organization is seeking a Director of Product Management for Enterprise Data to drive innovation, enhance data ecosystems, and enable real-time intelligent experiences across the company. Summary
The Director, Product Management – Enterprise Data will lead cross-functional teams to manage and innovate the company’s data ecosystem, ensuring data is well-governed, discoverable, and usable. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to drive impactful product outcomes and enable organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Enterprise Data product team to manage data governance, discovery, and consumption experiences
  • Oversee data privacy and external data sharing initiatives to ensure compliance and transparency
  • Drive data strategy, culture, and operations to support innovation across business units
  • Collaborate with technology, design, machine learning, risk, and other partners to deliver modern data solutions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the Capital One Product Framework:

    • Business Focused: Deliver outcomes through execution excellence and strategic leverage
    • Technology Driven: Leverage technology to create resilient and innovative solutions

    • Transformational Leadership: Align cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and deliver business impact

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Product Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or related) OR
  • Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product portfolios
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems, governance, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills
