Position Summary
The AI Datacenter & Integrated Infrastructure Engineer III will design, implement, and optimize datacenter and hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions to support scalable AI workloads. This role involves technical leadership, client advisory, project delivery, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to enhance infrastructure performance and enable business advantage through AI-driven operations.

Work You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven datacenter solutions, collaborating with clients on scalable, high-performance architectures using cloud and on-premises technologies
• Lead project delivery and infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables meet client objectives
• Advise clients and project leadership on AI infrastructure best practices, architecture choices, data management, and systems integration
• Conduct assessments of existing datacenter environments, develop modernization roadmaps, and provide actionable plans for migration or enhancement
• Collaborate with data scientists, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, and other stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into broader IT landscapes
• Demonstrate technical leadership by facilitating knowledge sharing and developing reusable solution assets and accelerators
• Stay current with trends in AI, edge computing, hybrid cloud strategies, and automation tools to provide innovative solutions

Qualifications Required

• 4+ years architecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions (GPU platforms, server hardware, AI Transformation)
• 3+ years implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), AI Ops, DCIM modernization, and automation pipelines for GPU clusters
• 5+ years project management experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, managing cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks
• 5+ years consulting or large-scale systems integration experience
• 2+ years designing, delivering, and supporting hybrid cloud and as-a-Service solutions, including ITSM onboarding (ServiceNow) and enterprise compliance
• 3+ years modernizing datacenter environments to align with client-specific requirements and AI strategies
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of hyperscaler services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI), colocation/interconnect providers, and hardware ecosystems (NVIDIA DGX, Dell, HPE, Supermicro)
• Experience architecting vendor-neutral, partnership-driven client strategies
• Strong presentation skills with comfort addressing both executives and smaller teams
• Proven ability to collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) for market expansion
