Summary
The DTC/P AA & AI, Data Analyst will support the digital consumer and patient experience by designing, operationalizing, and interpreting measurement and insights capabilities. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions and AI-powered insights are activation-ready and aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, operationalize, and interpret measurement and insights capabilities of the DTC/P ecosystem, ensuring readiness for business use cases
  • Innovate cross-media intelligence measurement and reporting capabilities to support AI-mediated engagement across customer journeys
  • Assess impact of digital consumer/patient experience products and advise on measurement improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive measurement strategies
  • Activate audiences to publisher platforms and ensure successful execution
  • Support agile pod development teams with segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds
  • Conduct data quality control testing and provide insights for various data feeds
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor performance indicators and digital media trends
  • Support ad hoc data requests and insights analysis for the Insights and Measurement Product Owner
  • Standardize digital product analytics with a focus on consumer/patient experience
  • Promote architectural consistency, define, and execute test cases
  • Work with stakeholders and system integrators to define KPIs, reporting, and dashboard designs
  • Create measurement and reporting processes and recommend optimizations based on performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years in data analytics, digital media analytics, or related roles
  • Experience in descriptive and predictive analytics
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization libraries (Python, R)
  • Strong SQL skills and experience building data models for analysis and reporting
  • Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, experimental design, and impact assessment
  • Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and data relationships
  • Functional understanding of data consumption layers and measurement-ready datasets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and “get things done” mindset
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Preferred: pharmaceutical experience, healthcare data privacy, media intelligence analytics, LiveRamp or equivalent Safe Haven experience, model-based audience creation, and Agile/DevOps familiarity
