Summary
The Distinguished Engineer will provide technical leadership at the highest level, delivering solutions to complex, large-scale problems and influencing engineering standards, practices, and strategy across the organization. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic impact, and thought leadership to guide engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of technically complex and large-scale solutions
  • Define coding principles, technical standards, and quality benchmarks at the organizational level
  • Manage non-functional requirements including system stability, scalability, security, and cloud cost optimization
  • Influence strategic decisions and outcomes at senior organizational levels
  • Represent the company in industry forums and provide insights shaping technology investments
  • Mentor and guide engineering teams to elevate technical capability and excellence
  • Operate as a self-starter in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while challenging the status quo
