Your Impact
As a Principal AI Solution Architect, you will combine deep expertise in full-stack engineering and advanced AI systems to deliver high-impact solutions for clients. You will design and build scalable, production-grade solutions spanning data pipelines, machine learning models, and modern application layers, integrating them seamlessly into client ecosystems to address complex business challenges.
In this role, you will:
Bridge technical and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Lead technical builds, scope ambiguous problems, and advise on strategy and ROI
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps
Guide clients through the full journey of solution development, adoption, and scaling
Leverage solutions engineering expertise in data, AI/ML, and architecture to deliver innovative technologies
Mentor stakeholders and build client capabilities to sustain and scale technologies
Shape un-scoped or emerging projects into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans
Balance hands-on technical execution with strategic advisory to achieve immediate and long-term client impact

Your Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture with success building complex systems
Deep expertise in full-stack development across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
Strong command of data engineering, AI/ML systems, and deployment architectures
Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training, serving, and production MLOps
Proficiency in modern cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and serverless technologies
Strong understanding of deployment pipelines, observability, performance optimization, and security principles
Experience mentoring teams and delivering sustainable, measurable results in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts and fostering alignment among stakeholders
