Summary
The Solution Architect will oversee the design and delivery of enterprise-grade digital solutions for Singapore’s Whole-of-Government (WOG) customers. This role combines technical leadership, deep architectural expertise, and collaboration with enterprise software providers to create scalable, reusable, and modular solutions aligned with government digital transformation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade digital applications, including workflow systems, case management, portals, and data platforms.
  • Align solutions with Singapore’s digital government frameworks such as GCC, Zero Trust, and IM8, ensuring security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with BU leadership to define technical strategy, roadmap, and deliverables.
  • Partner with enterprise software OEMs (ServiceNow, SAS, Elastic, AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) to design, integrate, and co-create solutions.
  • Oversee integration of third-party platforms to ensure seamless operation within government technology stacks.
  • Lead technical delivery for complex, multi-agency systems, addressing escalations and ensuring smooth deployment.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior government stakeholders, aligning solutions with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure consistent value delivery.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise software delivery, public-sector projects, or digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise designing and delivering complex enterprise application platforms and multi-agency solutions.
  • Extensive experience building partnerships with enterprise software vendors (OEMs).
  • Deep knowledge of government frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), security standards, and enterprise integration.
  • Agile and DevSecOps certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP) preferred.
  • Experience with AI-enabled solutions, cloud-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong strategic leadership, solution design, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with high integrity and proven track record of delivering business outcomes.
