Role Overview
The Strategy Associate Director will serve as a senior leader within the AI-Enabled Enterprise (AIEE) offering, shaping market strategy, cultivating C-suite relationships, and driving high-impact enterprise transformation. This market-facing role combines leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and direct client accountability to influence enterprise reinvention at scale.
Responsibilities
Build and sustain strategic client relationships at the CEO and board level, becoming the trusted advisor for enterprise reinvention in the age of AI
Lead high-stakes executive workshops, immersive briefings, and reinvention experiences with C-suite audiences
Drive the AIEE go-to-market strategy, defining market positioning, shaping the offering roadmap, and identifying new opportunities
Originate, shape, and close large-scale, integrated AI-first deals that deliver enterprise-wide transformation, with accountability for revenue targets and pipeline growth
Co-develop client-validated, industry-led reinvention narratives that provide authoritative insights on AI-driven enterprise transformation
Lead development and operationalization of Reinvention.ai assets, including diagnostics, benchmarking platforms, and value modeling tools
Oversee the “Reinvention Office” on flagship engagements, setting strategic direction and ensuring value assurance for enterprise transformations
Build and scale the AIEE offering, including new capabilities, assets, thought leadership, and talent development
Define the intellectual frontier of the AIEE practice through thought leadership, industry representation, and public engagement
Build, lead, and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams, sponsoring the next generation of senior strategists
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience leading strategy consulting or enterprise transformation engagements involving AI, digital, or large-scale reinvention
Experience developing and presenting strategic recommendations, reinvention narratives, and transformation roadmaps to CEO, board, and C-suite audiences
Proven ability to apply AI and emerging technologies — including generative AI, large language models, and machine learning — to enterprise challenges
Experience leading cross-functional teams, driving deal origination, commercial strategy, and revenue growth
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously and build value propositions from ambiguous C-suite requests
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related discipline
Track record of building, scaling, or commercializing a new offering, practice, or market category
Experience owning or materially contributing to a P&L, with success in large-scale, multi-million-dollar engagements
Multi-industry experience with an established network of senior executive relationships
Prior experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms or leading technology companies with enterprise AI focus
Strong knowledge of AI platforms, enterprise automation tools, software engineering, decision intelligence, and decision science methods
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial drive in AI, including engagement with AI technologies or communities beyond professional work
