Summary
The Solutions Architect will design, implement, and manage AI-driven and Gen AI-driven solutions that integrate with existing IT infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in AI technologies, software development, cloud computing, and data management, while working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective AI systems aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and architect AI solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements
Define AI solution architectures, including data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and system integrations
Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and technologies suitable for project requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and are feasible
Oversee AI model implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and optimized performance, including post-deployment improvement strategies
Integrate AI models into broader software architectures, APIs, local systems, and user interfaces
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure AI initiative success and ensure alignment with desired outcomes
Stay updated on AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies
Drive innovation by identifying new AI opportunities and proposing solutions for competitive advantage
Participate in R&D to explore new AI technologies and methodologies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists, engineers, and software developers
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in AI, Gen AI, and data science with a focus on AI solution architecture and deployment
Proven track record in AI/ML solution design with a portfolio of successfully deployed projects
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Experience deploying AI applications locally and on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using tools like Terraform and Docker
Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect), distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask), and parallel computing with GPUs (CUDA)
Expertise in machine learning techniques, Gen AI applications, LLMs, Computer Vision, and other specialized AI domains
Proficiency with large-scale datasets, preprocessing, model evaluation, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business problems into actionable AI solutions
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education & Experience
Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
