Summary
The Sr Consultant, GCP Cloud Analytics, will design and deliver cloud-based analytics solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. This role supports clients across complex data environments, providing insights, operational efficiency, and enabling enterprise transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and contribute to end-to-end cloud analytics architectures using GCP services
  • Support full lifecycle implementations across data ingestion, transformation, governance, and analytics enablement
  • Develop and optimize cloud-based data solutions using structured and unstructured data
  • Apply automation and analytics techniques to improve insight generation, decision-making, and operational efficiency
  • Lead portions of complex technology engagements and coordinate delivery across distributed teams
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of technology consulting or industry experience contributing to end-to-end architecture and solution design using GCP tools
  • 1+ full lifecycle implementation using a GCP toolset
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL and Python
  • 1+ years of experience leading workstreams within technology engagements across multiple locations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to travel ~50% based on client and project requirements
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
  • Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Data Fusion, Cloud Pub/Sub, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Spark, Java, Apache Kafka, and Striim
  • Experience with other cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
  • GCP certifications
  • Advanced degree in a technical or analytical field
