Summary
The Google Agentic AI Delivery Specialist will design, build, and deliver innovative Agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role blends technical expertise with product-minded engineering to guide clients in transitioning from legacy systems to modern, AI-driven, outcome-focused solutions. The specialist will collaborate globally to ensure solutions meet business objectives and follow best practices in cloud engineering, product-led delivery, and software development.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in technical discovery workshops to translate client requirements into GCP solution designs
  • Design, build, test, and deploy agentic-first solutions on GCP aligned with client business outcomes
  • Rapidly develop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini/Agentic AI, BigQuery, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices
  • Act as an agile SME/coach for product-led delivery, guiding teams on sprint-based approaches for continuous delivery
  • Collaborate with global teams using digital tools to support project delivery, status reporting, and client engagement
  • Travel as required (0–100% depending on project needs)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years hands-on, client-facing technology experience (e.g., GCP Engineer, Technology Consultant, Product Engineer)
  • Minimum 3 years architecting and building solutions on Google Cloud Platform
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Application Modernization, Call Center AI, or Agentic AI on GCP
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong understanding of product and agile delivery methodologies
  • Proven ability to architect agentic workflows using Vertex AI, Gemini models, reasoning engines, planning tools, and RAG
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and building secure, scalable software products
  • Google Cloud Professional certifications (e.g., Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, GenAI Leader) preferred
