About the Role:

A growing IT services company is seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to lead complex projects involving the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge system architectures. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping technology solutions to meet client needs and drive business outcomes. You will be a technical leader, guiding the integration of solutions into enterprise systems, while staying ahead of technology trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Maintain deep technical knowledge across a range of IT domains, including networking, systems, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed technical requirements and translate business needs into effective technology solutions. Design and architect end-to-end solutions encompassing software, hardware, and services.
• Proposal Development: Create compelling technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, statements of work, and detailed documentation. Present proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition and technical approach.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Align solution architecture with contractual terms and conditions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service delivery, and account teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Innovation: Recommend and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance the company’s solutions and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Solution Architect role or a similar capacity, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT solutions.
• Certifications: Relevant technical certifications in networking, systems, cloud, or cybersecurity are highly desirable.
