Job Description
This Product Manager role at a global telecommunications company focuses on driving the success of Internet, IP Transit, and CleanPipe services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product Strategy: Defining and executing go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
- Financial Performance: Managing the product portfolio’s budget and revenue targets, including pricing strategies and customer acquisition.
- Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Market Analysis: Staying informed about competitive offerings, technology trends, and customer needs to inform product development and positioning.
- Business Case Development: Building strong business cases for new products, including market analysis, ROI assessment, and resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Driving efficiency in product-related processes and enhancing customer experience.
- Service Migrations: Planning and coordinating service migrations in collaboration with relevant teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications or ICT industry, with experience in pre-sales or post-sales of complex infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with telecommunications services (Internet, IP Transit, DDoS Mitigation, MetroEthernet, MPLS, SD-WAN).
- Experience with network and SI solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
