The organization has established collaborations with health systems across the United States and has expanded internationally into the MENA region, where it is partnering with health systems to deploy its AI-powered care navigation platform.

The Data Analytics Engineering team focuses on analyzing real-world patient queries, symptoms, pathologies, providers, sites of care, and urgency. The role will help build the analytics infrastructure and tooling required to analyze this data at scale, generate deeper insights, and improve the company’s matching products.

The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers developing the matching systems as well as business teams to identify, surface, and design meaningful metrics that measure product impact and guide improvements.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and design analytics tooling and data pipelines for matching products.
  • Develop dashboards for partners, business teams, and internal stakeholders that surface important metrics and insights.
  • Build pipelines that connect metrics from live services to dashboards.
  • Develop offline analysis tools to understand aggregate and large-scale impacts of services.
  • Help design and implement new metrics to evaluate service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish quality metrics that can be used to continuously improve matching algorithms.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into useful analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics and data engineering.
  • Experience building dashboards and user interfaces that monitor live data using tools such as Grafana.
  • Data engineering experience connecting metric data from live services to analytics systems.
  • Strong experience with an object-oriented programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Strong backend engineering skills and systems-thinking capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with OpenTelemetry and related observability products such as Honeycomb or Jaeger UI.
  • Experience working in healthcare technology.

  • Built dashboards that monitor real-world metrics and system usage.
  • Designed and implemented new metrics to capture meaningful insights.
  • Worked on tracing software and data pipelines that move information across multiple software systems.
