Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple AI solution delivery teams.
- Architect and oversee the delivery of comprehensive AI solutions, emphasizing full-stack development and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and orchestrated applications.
- Manage and own the full lifecycle of AI models and solutions, from development through deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and iterative enhancement.
- Direct experiment-driven development, ensuring rapid prototyping, testing, validation, and operational excellence.
- Establish and drive consistent quality control and continuous improvement across AI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Communicate complex technical solutions and strategic implications clearly to senior business leaders.
- Promote technical innovation, process improvement, and effective delivery methodologies across teams.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and drive their adoption to enhance solution capabilities.
- Maintain a competitive advantage by ensuring AI engineering practices evolve with technological advancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Substantial experience in a senior technical leadership role managing multiple multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong experience delivering complex technology and AI initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while maintaining strategic business alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience architecting, delivering, and managing AI and machine learning solutions, particularly orchestrated LLM applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, SQL, vector databases, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Cloud foundational certifications are highly desirable.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), Git version control, and rigorous testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Extensive experience translating complex technical solutions into strategic business outcomes.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and strategic concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and navigate complex business and technical environments.
- Ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity, provide clear direction, and maintain composure under pressure.
