The organization is seeking a CTIO AI Engineering Manager to lead AI engineering initiatives, manage client relationships, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations. This role will guide teams in incorporating artificial intelligence into applications, driving innovative technology initiatives, and delivering scalable AI solutions that address complex business requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
- Experience developing and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of software engineering and data analytics principles.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Processing, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience developing scalable, cloud-native microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience building end-to-end AI applications integrated with various platforms.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for AI systems using GitHub Actions.
- Experience implementing vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into software-engineered AI solutions.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Contributions to open-source projects or AI/ML research publications.
- Strong understanding of modern AI engineering architectures and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
