The Opportunity
As a CTIO – AI Engineer- Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that enable informed decision-making and support business growth. The role involves leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets and address complex business challenges.
The Senior Manager will utilize technical expertise and professional networks to deliver high-quality results while motivating and coaching teams. The role requires sound judgment when determining appropriate actions or escalation and a strong commitment to developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced data solutions that transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through exploratory and descriptive analysis and statistical modeling.
- Manage complex data analysis and develop data visualizations to solve business problems and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the implementation of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into data solutions.
- Direct teams through complex projects while maintaining composure and effective decision-making in challenging situations.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within complex datasets.
- Coach and motivate diverse teams to achieve operational excellence across data science initiatives.
- Innovate processes designed to improve data quality and integrity across analytics frameworks.
- Utilize programming languages and machine learning libraries to optimize data workflows and pipelines.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in data science, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience working with complex datasets and applying statistical and analytical techniques.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex data or technology initiatives.
