  • Analyze end-to-end funnel performance across product and digital surfaces, from active users and engagement through traffic, conversion, orders, retention, and ARR impact.
  • Identify customer behaviors, creative workflows, product actions, and engagement patterns that influence conversion, retention, and long-term customer value.

  • Improve analytical rigor, business storytelling, and executive communication.
  • Engage regularly with senior and VP-level Product and GTM leaders.
  • Translate complex data and customer behavior into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and business planning.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams of analysts or data scientists.
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, subscription businesses, product-led growth, customer engagement, conversion, and ARR-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect customer behavior, product usage, funnel performance, and financial outcomes into a clear business narrative.
  • Experience managing business performance cadences, including weekly executive reviews, performance diagnostics, target tracking, and insight generation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, GTM, and Sales.
