About the Role

The organization is seeking an AI Engineer to help build and scale an autonomous AI system for influencer marketing. The role is suited to a technically strong, AI-native engineer who enjoys building multi-agent systems, experimenting with emerging technologies, and taking products from design through deployment.

The successful candidate will work across AI architecture, full-stack development, API orchestration, scalable infrastructure, and product development. This is an early-stage environment where engineers are expected to take end-to-end ownership and contribute across multiple areas of the technology stack.

Your Skillset

• Solid experience designing multi-AI-agent architectures with memory, tool use, and feedback loops using LangChain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration.
• Experience working with large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and similar technologies.
• Expertise in full-stack development using Node.js and Next.js.
• Strong proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Ability to reason about API orchestration, error handling, and integration complexity.
• Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered IDE tools such as Cursor.
• Experience properly applying LLMs across different components of a larger software system.
• Deep understanding of selecting the appropriate AI models for different use cases.
• Experience creating and using embeddings.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, performance tuning, and SQL database optimization.
• Technical leadership experience spanning system design through deployment.
• Strong code quality standards, including automation, testing, code reviews, and end-to-end ownership.
• Effective communication skills across product, design, and business functions.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and GCP.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, from both technical and consumer perspectives.
• Previous experience with video content classification, embeddings, or tagging.
