Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or data engineering.

- Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in environments with ambiguity and changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating dbt at scale on Databricks.
- Experience working with healthcare analytics packages.
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for Databricks Asset Bundles.
- Experience provisioning Azure Databricks workspaces and managing isolation patterns.
- Experience building Python CLI tools using argparse and YAML configuration.
- Experience designing AI agent systems for development workflows.
- Familiarity with corporate network constraints and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience working with multi-cloud data flows.
- Experience with machine learning operations and modern data platform architectures.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, version control, and automated deployment practices.
