The organization is seeking an ERP AI Engineer – Manager to serve as both a technical leader and a trusted advisor to clients, combining AI/ML expertise with business acumen to design and deliver AI solutions that drive measurable client outcomes. As a Manager, the role will involve leading teams of data scientists and ML engineers, managing client relationships, and translating complex business challenges into AI-driven strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Manage client relationships and promote satisfaction with project deliverables.

- Design and implement scalable AI solution architectures.
- Drive innovation and technical excellence across client engagements.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights and develop practical business solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish project objectives and align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Guide the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions.
- Support the adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerized deployments.
- Promote responsible and ethical AI practices throughout solution design and implementation.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, integrity, and technical excellence across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a related technical role.
- Strong experience designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions.
- Experience working with data analytics and business application technologies.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, mentoring, and client management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Experience building scalable, cloud-native microservices and containerized deployments.
- Proficiency with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search architectures.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solution designs.
- Experience contributing to business development activities and proposal development.
- Cloud certifications in AI/ML or solutions architecture.
- Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation practices.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
