Leadership and Professional Expectations

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and architectural standards.

- Oversee the implementation of advanced data and AI technologies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to strengthen data architecture and engineering capabilities.
- Guide the development of scalable systems that support artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives.
- Provide strategic technical leadership across complex data and analytics engineering programs.
- Coach and mentor engineering teams while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in data and analytics engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data architecture solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and services.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud platform certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Data Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
- Snowflake or Databricks certifications.
- Experience developing and maintaining FastAPI endpoints for applications.
- Understanding of AI techniques used to enhance and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimizing LLM outputs.
- Experience developing scalable data storage solutions using cloud services.
- Experience designing and managing data warehouses and data lakes.
- Experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles and policies across cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
