The Opportunity

As a Deal Data Technology & Analytics Director, the successful candidate will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to help clients address complex business challenges within the Deals practice.

The Director will set strategic direction, lead business development efforts, make high-impact decisions, and oversee multiple client engagements. The role will involve maintaining executive-level client relationships, translating strategic vision into execution, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will play an important role in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, developing thought leadership, and mentoring the next generation of data and analytics leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic data analysis initiatives that support business growth and strengthen client engagement.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee the development and implementation of data visualization and statistical modeling solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and address complex business problems through data-driven insights.
• Manage data integrity and security within analytics frameworks to maintain client trust.
• Promote innovative technologies, emerging capabilities, and leading practices in data analytics.
• Mentor and guide teams in the effective application of data manipulation, visualization, and analytics tools.
• Identify market opportunities and convert them into successful business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to support business development efforts.
• Encourage creativity and problem-solving by exploring multiple perspectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Provide strategic leadership across multiple projects and client engagements.
• Drive thought leadership and develop innovative approaches to data technology and analytics.
• Support the growth and development of future leaders within data and analytics teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in data analytics, technology, and strategic business initiatives.
• Experience leading complex projects and delivering data-driven solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively at an executive level and influence strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or academic background in one or more of the following fields:
  • Accounting
  • Engineering
  • Data Processing, Analytics, or Data Science
  • Computer and Information Science
  • Economics
  • Finance
• Certification or demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Databases, including Databricks or Microsoft SQL
  • Data visualization tools, including Power BI
  • Cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Predictive modeling and machine learning, including Python or SAS
• Experience leading strategic initiatives involving data analytics and technology.
• Proven ability to drive business growth through innovative data solutions.
• Experience mentoring teams in advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience promoting technological innovation within data-driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new ideas, strategies, and solutions that contribute to client success.
