A leading global professional services organization is seeking a Senior Manager within its Data and Analytics Engineering team. The role focuses on designing data infrastructure and systems, developing data pipelines, implementing data integration and transformation solutions, and creating comprehensive data architecture strategies that support both current and future business needs.
The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging technical expertise, influence, and professional networks to deliver quality results. Leadership and Professional Expectations

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies that address current and future business requirements.
- Lead large-scale data engineering projects and drive process innovation.
- Maintain operational excellence while managing strategic client interactions.
- Develop and document data models, data flow diagrams, and data architecture guidelines.
- Ensure data architecture solutions comply with data governance, security, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive project success through strategic advising, technical leadership, and complex problem-solving.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies and tools.
- Provide thought leadership across data strategy and engineering engagements.
- Develop leading practices for Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Governance.
- Architect and implement cloud-based solutions that meet industry standards and business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related technical disciplines.
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, data integration, and data transformation.
- Experience leading complex projects and technical teams.
- Strong strategic advisory, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in cloud platforms, such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Data Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Data Engineer, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Snowflake Core, Snowflake Architect, or Databricks Data Engineer Associate.
- Experience designing and implementing comprehensive data architecture strategies.
- Experience developing and documenting data models and data flow diagrams.
- Experience maintaining data architecture compliance with governance and security policies.
- Experience translating business and stakeholder data requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience evaluating and recommending emerging data technologies and tools.
- Experience leading data strategy engagements and providing technical thought leadership.
- Experience developing leading practices for Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Governance.
- Experience architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions aligned with industry standards.
