Leadership and Professional Expectations
- Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between the component parts of complex systems.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of data governance strategies.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their professional and technical capabilities.
- Manage client accounts and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Analyze data to support informed business decisions and drive business growth.
- Foster collaboration across teams to strengthen engagement workstreams.
- Uphold organizational methodologies and ensure compliance with applicable professional standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve data management and governance processes.
- Encourage innovative approaches to enhance data-driven solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where data governance and analytics can create measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience working with data governance, data management, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing projects, client engagements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.

- AWS Certified Data Analytics / Solutions Architect.
- Azure Data Engineer / Azure Solutions Architect.
- Google Professional Data Engineer.
- DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional).
- Informatica Certified Professional.
- Alation Certified Data Catalog Professional.
- Collibra Certified Ranger / Steward / Professional.
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- SnowPro Core / SnowPro Advanced.
- Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Data Analyst / ML.
- Proven experience developing and implementing data governance strategies.
- Experience defining data governance frameworks and standards.
- Understanding of modern cloud data architectures.
- Knowledge of data management and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with big data engineering and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience designing data and analytics solutions.
- Strong experience coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with team members.
