As part of the Data and Analytics team, the Data Strategy Manager will lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that support business growth and enhance decision-making. The role involves motivating and developing team members, leveraging individual strengths, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity, and collaborating on transformative projects involving data management and analytics.
Leadership and Professional Expectations
- Analyze and identify linkages and interactions between the component parts of complex systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience working with data and analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

- Proven leadership in data-driven strategies.
- Experience defining data governance frameworks.
