The organization is seeking a Senior Data Scientist Engineer to help define AI strategy, lead technical development, and deliver innovative machine learning and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop production-ready AI systems while guiding clients through complex data science initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, architects, consultants, and business stakeholders to develop scalable AI solutions that address real-world business problems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research, deploy advanced machine learning models, and shape long-term AI strategies for global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements involving AI strategy, machine learning development, and data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and develop scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
• Design, build, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Research and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and state-of-the-art AI techniques.
• Optimize model performance, architecture, and deployment for production-scale applications.
• Conduct code reviews, model validation, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles, including long-term AI strategy and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Support innovation across areas such as healthcare, drug discovery, autonomous systems, edge AI, consumer products, and Generative AI.
• Present technical findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing AI and machine learning solutions using Python, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
• Strong experience with natural language processing, time-series analysis, computer vision, and other advanced analytics techniques.
• Proven experience applying traditional machine learning and deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, and GANs.
• Experience deploying and optimizing machine learning models using Kubernetes, Docker, TensorRT, Triton, RAPIDS, Kubeflow, and MLflow.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI workloads on cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on project and client requirements.
• Must reside within commuting distance of a consulting office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Experience leading AI or data science project teams.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker or AWS ML Studio.
• Strong communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
