An opportunity is available for a SAP BODS/Data Conversion Senior Consultant to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs. This role focuses on data migration execution, business transformation support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver successful enterprise ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support functional delivery for large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization programs, driving workstream execution from design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Facilitate client workshops to define future-state business processes, gather requirements, support fit-to-standard decisions, and promote SAP leading practices.
  • Develop implementation deliverables including solution designs, configuration documentation, test scripts, deployment readiness materials, and training support artifacts.
  • Partner with integration and data teams to coordinate interface requirements, validate migration readiness, and ensure controlled movement of data across systems.
  • Support unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities by preparing scenarios, documenting defects, coordinating resolutions, and facilitating business sign-off.
  • Incorporate ERP controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements into design, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
  • Support deployment and go-live readiness efforts, including cutover planning, reconciliation activities, issue resolution, training support, and stabilization activities.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and program teams to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions within regulated environments.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities across ERP data domains.
  • Support mock conversions, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, defect resolution, and hypercare support.
  • Document and track data risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting data migration execution for SAP programs, including data object scoping.
  • 2+ years of experience working with business and technical teams to define data quality rules, migration dependencies, and sign-off criteria.
  • 2+ years of experience performing data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation across finance, supply chain, project, and related ERP data domains.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and/or legacy migration approaches for loading master and transactional data.
  • Experience supporting multiple mock conversions or dress rehearsals and resolving data-related defects across migration cycles.
  • Experience supporting cutover data activities, including load sequencing, validation checkpoints, fallback planning, and hypercare defect resolution.
  • Experience documenting and tracking data risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions in regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% based on client and project requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or workstreams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
