The organization is seeking a SAP Data Migration & Conversion Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale government modernization initiative focused on SAP transformation and data migration activities. This role will play a key part in driving successful SAP S/4HANA implementation efforts, ensuring data integrity, migration accuracy, and seamless integration between enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to execute migration strategies, support financial system modernization, and contribute to project delivery milestones within a complex public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data migration and conversion activities for a government loan modernization program.
• Support SAP S/4HANA general ledger configuration aligned with federal financial requirements.
• Define and execute data conversion strategies, mappings, validations, reconciliations, and testing activities.
• Coordinate integration-related data requirements between SAP and external business systems.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of migration milestones.
• Support issue identification, resolution, and deployment readiness activities.
• Lead project workstreams and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout migration and conversion processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• 2+ years of experience leading SAP data migration and SAP data conversion activities.
• Experience with SAP BODS and other data migration tools and methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear direction to stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP implementations for federal government programs.
• Experience with financial system integrations.
• Experience supporting SAP programs within civilian government environments.
