  • Define and maintain the target architecture connecting advertising, web, marketing technology, CRM, data, and AI systems.
  • Streamline data and event flows across GTM platforms while standardizing integrations and engineering patterns.
  • Design foundational capabilities for AI-powered growth, including event streams, data contracts, and APIs.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-caliber engineering team focused on revenue and marketing systems.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap balancing immediate operational improvements with long-term platform investments.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and regional stakeholders to build scalable GTM systems.
  • Enhance lead routing, experimentation frameworks, customer profiling, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Establish standards for data governance, attribution, privacy, retention, and deletion workflows.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and quality assurance practices to ensure GTM system reliability.
  • Drive the adoption of reusable templates, components, and integration patterns across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software or data engineering, including extensive experience with GTM, revenue, or marketing systems in high-growth environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in APIs, data models, workflow engines, and system architecture.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo or similar), and data analytics ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and delivering complex GTM system enhancements.
  • Experience partnering with Data teams on experimentation, attribution, metrics, and continuous optimization initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure organizations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data localization practices.
  • Experience implementing AI/ML-driven GTM capabilities, such as AI agents, lead scoring, or workflow automation.
  • Proven track record of establishing new engineering functions or teams from the ground up.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, experimentation-driven organizations with strong collaboration between Product, Data, and GTM teams.
