The organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI Developer Experience Product to lead initiatives that enhance the developer experience for a global customer base. This role focuses on building AI-powered developer tools and creating seamless experiences that enable developers to integrate financial services more efficiently.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions across a broad range of financial products and services. A strong understanding of developer workflows, AI-assisted development, and customer needs will be essential to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own AI developer tools, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, agent development toolkits, and integrations with AI platforms to simplify testing and integration experiences.
- Stay informed on evolving developer trends, workflows, and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, N8N, and related technologies to define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to improve Client APIs, SDKs, product documentation, webhooks, simulation APIs, and developer portal experiences.
- Advocate for the developer community, driving engagement, adoption, and growth of AI developer tools.
- Effectively communicate product strategy and vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze complex business and technical challenges using data-driven and first-principles approaches.
- Demonstrate ownership by rapidly turning ideas into scalable product solutions.
- Collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Balance customer requirements with commercial objectives to drive product growth.
- Participate in technical discussions and architectural planning alongside engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM discipline.
- Experience in product management, preferably within Developer Experience or highly technical domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product strategy to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated interest in influencing and engaging with developer communities; an established social presence is considered an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
- Proven ability to structure complex challenges and make informed decisions using data and first-principles thinking.
- Strong sense of ownership, persistence, and ability to execute ideas efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
- Experience balancing user needs with business strategy to achieve meaningful product outcomes.
