The organization is seeking a Director of AI Analytics & CEO Office Engineering to provide executive leadership with the data, tooling, and strategic insights required to support rapid global growth. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, helping shape business strategy through advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team responsible for long-range forecasting, macroeconomic analysis, and developing AI-powered sources of truth for executive stakeholders. This position combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Lead the development and management of the organization’s global forecasting engine, including top-down and bottom-up planning models.
  • Oversee sophisticated statistical modeling initiatives that support annual planning and capital allocation decisions.
  • Develop causal inference frameworks to measure the impact of macroeconomic trends and internal business initiatives.
  • Define and execute the roadmap for leveraging Generative AI and Machine Learning to automate insights and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and scale a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Drive talent acquisition, performance management, and team development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to align data strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Create and maintain AI-driven data products that enhance executive decision-making capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, quantitative strategy, or applied machine learning.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executive leadership (C-suite or VP level) to influence corporate strategy.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying advanced forecasting, causal inference, or machine learning models in production environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
  • Experience with modern data stack technologies, including tools such as Airflow, Databricks, dbt, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience productionizing Generative AI applications or agentic workflows for business intelligence and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with significant ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or other advanced qualification in a highly quantitative field such as Econometrics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
  • Experience within fintech, global payments, or high-growth B2B SaaS organizations.
  • Previous experience working within a CEO Office or corporate strategy function.
  • Familiarity with global macroeconomic indicators and their impact on cross-border transaction data.
  • Strong track record of building teams, systems, and operational best practices from the ground up.
