The organization is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect – Digital Native Business to help customers accelerate the adoption and success of a modern data intelligence platform. This hybrid technical and commercial role combines technical leadership with strategic customer engagement, ensuring organizations successfully deploy, optimize, and expand their use of the platform.
The successful candidate will serve as the post-sales technical lead for strategic customer accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, oversee technical execution, and maximize platform adoption while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand customer use case priorities and demand plans.
- Lead post-sales technical strategy and execution for strategic customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary technical leader for assigned customer use cases, guiding onboarding, enablement, production deployment, and ongoing platform adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and production-related issues across assigned customer workloads.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, and subject matter experts to deliver customer success.
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate customer use cases into production while coordinating with Professional Services teams.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support product innovations, private previews, and platform upgrades.
- Create and manage execution plans covering customer onboarding, user enablement, product adoption, workload optimization, governance, and ongoing platform growth.
- Provide regular internal and customer-facing updates on key performance indicators, customer health, platform adoption, risks, and implementation progress.
- Build executive relationships and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to drive long-term customer success and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs within Data and AI environments.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect technical deliverables with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing technical programs, projects, stakeholders, customer accounts, and cross-functional resources.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical escalations involving senior customer executives.
- Experience facilitating discovery workshops, developing strategic roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing large-scale project delivery.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding performance targets, quotas, or similar objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
