Overview
The AI Enablement Engineer will collaborate with the AI team to build and evolve companies internal AI platform, including reusable tools, integrations, Claude Projects, and AI work companions. The role is internal-facing, supporting colleagues across departments to increase AI fluency and efficiency company-wide. Candidates will help shape the AI platform roadmap, execute it predictably, and scale AI capabilities beyond individual contributions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain TENEX’s internal AI platform, including reusable tools, custom skills, Claude Projects, integrations, and department-specific AI specialists
• Partner with teams across the company (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Forward-Deployed Engineering) to identify needs shaping the AI platform roadmap
• Own and execute against a published roadmap with predictable, visible delivery
• Maintain, expand, and refine the AI work companion based on feedback and emerging needs
• Develop integrations between Claude and internal tools (e.g., Ashby, Wonderlic, Fireflies, Asana, Google Chat) using APIs, webhooks, and MCP connectors
• Run enablement sessions including training, documentation, AMAs, and 1:1 onboarding to increase AI adoption
• Contribute to AI governance, monitoring, and security tooling decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with the Anthropic Claude ecosystem, including Claude.ai, Claude Code, Cowork, Projects, custom skills, and MCP connectors
• Comfortable using Claude Code for scripting, integrations, and tooling
• Strong prompt engineering and ability to translate user needs into AI workflows
• 5+ years of software development experience; Python preferred
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON integrations, and Git/GitHub
• Demonstrated ability to design reusable systems rather than one-off solutions
• Strong data protection instincts and experience handling sensitive data (PII, customer, internal IP, regulated data)
• Familiarity with AI-specific security risks (prompt injection, data leakage, unsanctioned tools, output misuse)
• Working knowledge of secrets management, secure SDLC, and compliance basics (e.g., SOC 2)
• Strong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders, run training sessions, and produce documentation

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or maintaining an internal AI platform
• Familiarity with Asana, Atlassian, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Ashby, or other B2B SaaS tools
• Background in change management, technical writing, or internal enablement
• Cybersecurity experience or familiarity with AI governance, monitoring, and security tools

Education & Certifications

• Anthropic, AI/ML, or security certifications are a plus
