Summary
The Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager will work with clients to define, architect, and execute AI and data strategies that drive business transformation and competitive advantage. This role requires expertise in AI, GenAI, data strategy, and enterprise consulting, with strong leadership and client-facing skills to deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities

  • Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention
  • Build client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on integrating AI and data into business processes
  • Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to optimize data assets and AI technologies
  • Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating models, and data foundation
  • Define building blocks for converting to an AI-first organization, including technology, AI platform blueprints, data strategy, and operating models
  • Develop business cases, investment profiles, and roadmaps to deliver on strategy, including revenue and cost opportunities
  • Integrate Responsible AI principles into strategy and operating models
  • Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
  • Create strategies for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
  • Travel up to 80% as needed for client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI and Data Strategy, including Enterprise and Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmaps, Requirements Gathering, and Responsible AI
  • Minimum 5 years’ high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading workstreams, meeting deadlines, and large-scale global delivery
  • Strong program management and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to originate and shape deals, lead client conversations, and go-to-market activities
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven leadership and people skills, including team building, fostering collaborative environments, and building strong client relationships
  • Experience bringing innovative ideas to projects
