Summary
The AI & Data Decision Science Consultant will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies to create innovative decision-making systems. The role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The consultant will support projects across industries and functions, helping clients adopt AI-driven solutions to drive efficiency and value.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of Data Science, AI, and Analytics initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to execute projects effectively
  • Bridge business and technical domains for internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage with business and analytics stakeholders to understand needs and build relationships
  • Support the sales process by contributing to solutioning for DS & ML opportunities
  • Develop and customize DS/ML/AI models and solutions for specific business problems
  • Collaborate across consulting, strategy, and technology teams in sales and delivery processes
  • Identify AI use cases by understanding organizational goals, building business cases, calculating ROI, and creating transformation roadmaps
  • Advise organizations on responsible AI adoption and governance, including training, solution maintenance, and tracking results
  • Travel up to 80% as required by client engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics
  • Experience building decision-based frameworks and models to drive insights
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and large-scale projects
  • Experience leading workstreams, meeting deadlines, and consulting engagements
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of AI Native and cloud platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Knowledge of agent-based modeling, reinforcement learning, and autonomous systems is desirable
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, program management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
