A leading global financial institution is seeking a Digital Data & Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and analytics excellence. The organization provides comprehensive banking and financial services while leveraging digital analytics, customer insights, and advanced technologies to optimize client acquisition, engagement, and retention across web and mobile channels.

Summary
The Digital Data & Analytics Lead will oversee strategy and execution of digital analytics across web and mobile platforms, translating insights into measurable business outcomes such as conversion uplifts, engagement growth, and revenue impact. The role involves collaboration with MarTech, Product, Channels, CVM, and Data teams to operationalize analytics across owned and paid channels, aligned with Singapore MarTech stack and enterprise operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Act as Product Owner for digital analytics; maintain backlog, OKRs, and quarterly roadmap
  • Coach analysts and uplift analytics literacy across squads

Business

  • Digital Funnel & Journey Optimization: End-to-end funnel analytics including flow, fallout, cohort analyses; identify friction, quantify drop-off, and size opportunities
  • KPI Management: Build and maintain KPI trees for acquisition, onboarding, activation, transact, cross-sell, and retention stages with leading indicators and targets
  • Collaboration: Partner with Channel Owners and UX teams to prioritize fixes and experiments based on ROI-backed business cases

Mobile App Analytics

  • Define and govern mobile event taxonomy; monitor lifecycle metrics such as activation, retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, and feature adoption
  • Instrument feature launches and measure impact, providing iteration recommendations

Experimentation & Personalization

  • Establish robust A/B and multivariate testing frameworks, define sample sizing, guardrails, and experiment scorecards
  • Operationalize segment-driven personalization combining Adobe RT CDP audiences and Pega CDH decisioning

Audience Strategy & Activation

  • Define unified audience strategies and high-value segments for activation in owned and paid channels
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to connect CDP segments to activation endpoints, monitoring match rates, frequency caps, and compliance

Attribution & Paid Media Analytics (Optional)

  • Integrate paid media signals into Adobe Analytics to evaluate campaign ROI and onsite contribution

Insight to Action, Dashboards & Storytelling

  • Build executive-ready scorecards and self-serve dashboards in MicroStrategy
  • Conduct monthly Digital Performance Reviews with hypotheses, experiments, learnings, and revenue/ROTE outcomes

Data Foundations, Quality & Governance

  • Define event-level quality checks, tagging standards, and release checklists
  • Ensure compliant data usage and consent handling aligned with PDPA/MAS TRM and Group policies

Processes, People & Risk Management

  • Update, share, and execute end-to-end analytics processes
  • Collaborate effectively to deliver agreed KPIs and adopt continuous learning of analytics tools
  • Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and governance guidelines

Regulatory and Business Conduct

  • Maintain exemplary conduct per Group Values and Code of Conduct
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risk, conduct, and compliance matters

Key Stakeholders

  • Work closely with SG Wealth & Retail Banking product heads, Digital Sales & Marketing teams, Digital Platform, Client Experience, and technology teams for retail and wealth product analytics

Measures of Success (6–12 Months)

  • Conversion uplift: +X% improvement on priority funnels
  • Experiment velocity: ≥N experiments/quarter with ≥60% clean execution rate
  • Engagement lift: +Y% on critical mobile features
  • Audience impact: High-value CDP segments driving ≥Z% incremental response/revenue
  • Analytics adoption: ≥A monthly active users on MicroStrategy dashboards; NPS ≥B

Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years in web/app analytics with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe RT CDP and Pega CDH/RTIM decisioning
  • Mobile app analytics experience including event schema, SDK oversight, lifecycle measurement
  • Proficient in SQL, SAS, MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong experimentation and attribution knowledge
  • Product owner mindset with agile experience and roadmap management
