A global professional services organization is seeking an AI Engineer to drive the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions across multiple industries. The organization helps clients accelerate digital transformation by combining deep technical expertise, AI innovation, and strategic consulting to deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

About the Role
As an AI Developer, you will design, build, and implement AI solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives across client businesses. You will work hands-on with machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data-driven applications, delivering scalable and production-ready AI features that generate measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI/ML models, including classical ML, NLP, and generative AI capabilities
  • Build pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
  • Develop APIs and components that integrate AI models into enterprise systems and applications
  • Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM-based workflow automation
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and engineers to translate requirements into AI solutions
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and model performance tracking
  • Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI principles, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in agile delivery ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, or data-driven software engineering
  • Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience working with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI platforms)
  • Familiarity with building APIs, microservices, or serverless functions
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
  • Ability to analyze business problems and design AI-driven solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with vector databases, embedding architectures, or LLMOps tooling
  • Understanding of MLOps practices including CI/CD for model deployment
  • Hands-on work with NLP pipelines, text analytics, or conversational AI
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as banking or financial services
