Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement structures based on product stages and business objectives.
• Prototype analysis pipelines to provide actionable insights and respond quickly to business inquiries and events.
• Conduct routine and non-routine end-to-end analyses with large, complex datasets, providing recommendations on appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with PM, Operations, and R&D teams to implement optimization schemes and drive tangible business improvements.
• Support projects including AI-Generated Content (AIGC), creative generation, SEO for organic acquisition, and intelligent ads delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, algorithm engineering, or machine learning.
• Strong technical leadership with hands-on experience in data mining and machine learning applications.
• Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and best practices.
• Rigorous logical mindset with the ability to systematically solve business problems.
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new business areas and lead small project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong ability to work under pressure, overcome challenges, and accept difficult tasks.
