Job Title: Solutions Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Partner with different business verticals to enable the full potential of new features, products, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Customer Success, and Product Management teams to build and enhance products that meet business needs.
• Understand, apply, and utilize the company’s advertising products and technologies to maximize commercial prospects with clients.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with customer success teams to identify business opportunities and support clients in achieving their goals.
• Design and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, producing production-level code with emphasis on maintainability, scalability, and documentation.
• Independently identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners toward project completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming, technical solution design, and delivery for clients or advertisers.
• Proficiency in one or more general programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to tailor presentations to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
