Job Title: AI Generalist

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, insights, and solution quality.
• Clearly define problems and determine appropriate AI applications.
• Design, test, and refine prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted processes.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, bias, relevance, and risk.
• Integrate AI outputs with domain expertise and human judgment.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement AI-enhanced solutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and applications in professional workflows.
• Experience in designing and evaluating AI-assisted processes.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with global teams.
• Ability to maintain accountability, ethical standards, and quality in AI-driven work.
• Flexible and agile learner, comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies.
