Job Title: Robotics Engineer
Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer with a full-stack mindset to contribute to the software stack and demos for ESP32-based robots. This role focuses on embedded systems development, integrating ESP32 chips with robotics hardware and AI-driven functionalities, and building fully functional end-to-end robotics prototypes.
Job Responsibilities
• Build robotics prototypes to demonstrate and inspire the adoption of ESP32 chips.
• Develop control algorithms for mobile bases, robotic arms, or hybrid robot platforms, including motion control, path planning, and state estimation.
• Develop low-level robotics applications using the ESP32 series, including embedded systems and MCU programming.
• Design and implement core modules of robotic systems, including perception, localization, planning, and control.
• Create technical documentation and provide support for robotics-focused ESP32 projects.
• Stay informed on robotics trends and competition use cases to guide feature development and demonstrations.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in C/C++/Python and Linux/RTOS, with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Robot motion control / trajectory planning
- SLAM / state estimation / sensor fusion
- Computer vision or depth/laser-based perception
• Experience in robotics competitions, open-source contributions, or personal project demos; familiarity with ROS.
• Experience working with hardware modules, sensors, controllers, or actuators.
