Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Support:
• Provide pre-sales support, collaborating with sales, product specialists, and product teams to scope requirements and document client needs.
• Offer post-sales support to clients, ensuring effective integration and use of APIs/SDKs.
• Lead and create content for Solution Architect roadshows.
• Present SDK/API offerings to prospects in a clear and compelling manner.
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions for trial users and clients, especially those requiring specialized market intelligence.
• Provide guidance on integrating data into databases, client applications, and BI platforms.
• Act as a liaison between clients, analysts, and Product teams, gathering feedback and identifying product improvement opportunities.

Technical and Product Development Expertise:
• Develop a deep understanding of data delivery methods (UI, SDK/API, Excel Add-in, Snowflake), including capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with R&D to address SDK/API queries, test new features, and suggest enhancements.
• Contribute to internal repositories, maintaining Python files and Jupyter notebooks.
• Mentor colleagues on client solutions and internal tools.
• Improve SDK/API documentation to facilitate client adoption and integration.
• Produce educational content such as blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and tutorials showcasing SDK/API capabilities.
• Own case studies and examples in customer-facing repositories.
• Collaborate within the Solutions Architect team using pair programming and other methods to efficiently develop data scripts.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM or Economics/Finance.
• High proficiency in coding, particularly Python; R and SQL preferred.
• Experience integrating APIs and databases.
• Desirable: background in statistical or financial modeling and commodities market analysis, especially in energy (Oil & Gas, LNG) or freight.
