Job Title: Sr AI Foundry Engineer – Sales

Job Description
As an AI Engineer, you turn bold ideas into tangible prototypes. You build working demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real business impact. Partnering with AI Solution Architects, you leverage the platform’s automation, Now Assist, and Workflow Data Fabric to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
• Build & Prototype – Develop proofs-of-concept, demos, and accelerators showcasing custom applications (low-code and pro-code), AI Agents, LLM integration, and data workflows.
• Technical Delivery – Implement apps, integrations, flows, data integrations, and prompt engineering. Ensure POC environments are securely configured with pre-loaded data and ready integrations.
• Experimentation – Test and refine model performance, prompt designs, and agentic automation.
• Documentation – Maintain technical documentation, reusable scripts, and setup guides for repeatable delivery.
• Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with SCs, Architects, Customer Excellence, and Product Specialists to ensure successful handoff and scalability.
• Scalable Assets – Capture best-use case assets for repeatable implementation and internal skills library to accelerate delivery and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years in technical consulting, software development, data engineering, professional services, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, IntegrationHub) or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI concepts including prompt engineering, REST APIs, Knowledge Graph, and vector search.
• Expertise in AI Agents and Now Assist skills.
• Strong curiosity, hands-on builder mindset, and rapid prototyping ability.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) preferred. Related certifications from Databricks, Azure AI, or AWS ML are a plus.

Success Measures
• Number and quality of working prototypes or accelerators built.
• Effectiveness in POCs/POVs participation.
• Speed of delivery from concept to demo.
• Contribution to reusable assets and playbooks.
• Growth in AI and platform proficiency.
