Job Description
Responsibilities
• Engineer modern workplace experiences across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI platforms, focusing on performance, reliability, and usability.
• Design, build, and scale workplace platforms, automating tasks and applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor device health and employee experience.
• Automate support workflows using AI agents and virtual assistants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless digital workplace platforms.
• Participate in incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as PowerShell or Python, with exposure to DevOps/SRE concepts.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., MDM, MECM) and Identity & Access Management (e.g., SSO, MFA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Nice-to-Haves
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow, NexThink, or endpoint analytics.
• Internship or project experience with endpoint or service desk management.
• Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
