Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead and own the architecture of digital workplace platforms, including software, hardware, SaaS, and APIs, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions.
• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for platform evolution, aligning initiatives with business priorities and emerging technology trends.
• Design and implement new platform capabilities using modular architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and secure-by-design principles.
• Promote adoption of SRE best practices, including observability, SLIs/SLOs, and proactive incident management to maintain high availability and performance.
• Collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and drive modernization initiatives to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in platform, systems, or end-user device engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or similar) and experience with IaC and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms and identity/access management solutions (e.g., SSO, MFA).
• Solid background in observability, monitoring, and performance tuning, with strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding technical direction, with a system-level and architectural mindset.

Nice-to-Haves
• Hands-on experience with VDI, virtualization, or remote desktop technologies.
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and endpoint analytics platforms (ServiceNow, NexThink).
• Experience implementing SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and production readiness practices.
• Knowledge of AIOps platforms, predictive support models, and performance optimization in secure environments.
