Job Description
Responsibilities
• Engineer scalable and secure collaboration platforms, including chat, conferencing, file sharing, and workflow automation, ensuring high performance, reliability, and usability.
• Apply DevOps practices, such as CI/CD, to automate deployments and workflows, improving efficiency, product quality, and onboarding speed.
• Build analytics pipelines and observability dashboards to monitor platform health, applying SRE principles to improve uptime and responsiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration experiences, drive feature enhancements, and explore emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Familiarity with applying DevOps/SRE practices.
• Exposure to collaboration platforms and tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, Zoom).
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new tools.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge or exposure to automation and observability platforms/tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Terraform).
• Internship or project experience with collaboration or conferencing platforms.
• Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, or personal automation projects.
