Job Title: AI Agent Engineer
Location: Singapore

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Develop core modules of the AI Agent, applying generative AI to real-world scenarios.
• Optimize Agent performance using prompt engineering, tool design, RAG, and system architecture strategies.
• Validate new product features through rapid prototyping.
• Build evaluation systems and automated processes to assess Agent performance.
• Lead and participate in technical syncs with Mandarin-speaking teams, translating and reviewing technical specifications to ensure alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience in relevant languages.
• Experience building maintainable and testable codebases, including API design and unit testing.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong programming skills, excellent design capabilities, and adherence to high code quality standards.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies for rapid prototyping and evaluation platform development.
• Solid understanding of backend technologies, including databases, caching, message queues, and microservices.
• Ownership mindset and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for AI technology, AI-powered development tools, and AI product design principles.
• Experience working in international, distributed teams.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) preferred for daily collaboration and specification reviews.
