Job Title: GenAI Python Systems Engineer – Senior Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Python systems to support GenAI and AI workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including data pipelines, transformations, and integration.
• Develop and maintain FastAPI endpoints for high-performance applications.
• Apply AI techniques enhancing LLMs, including AI Agents, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Participate in machine learning and data science workflows.
• Ensure high software quality through developer-led testing, validation, and best practices.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, and GCP services, including storage, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Design and implement comprehensive data architecture strategies that meet current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and lead associates, promoting a high-performing, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in relational databases.
• Experience in AI, GenAI, machine learning, and data science workflows.
• Skilled in FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP, and DevOps services.
• Experience in data integration, warehouse, and lake solutions (AWS Glue, Lambda, Azure Data Factory, Functions, GCP Dataproc, Dataflow).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with global teams.
• Proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and leading diverse teams through complex technical challenges.
• Thought leader-level experience in adopting modern technologies, researching emerging trends, and applying systems thinking to complex problems.
