Job Title: Data Engineer – Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities
• Design and implement thorough data architecture strategies to meet current and future business needs.
• Lead the development of data models and support compliance with data governance policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and enhance ETL/ELT pipelines, manage data warehouses and data lakes, and implement data security best practices.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and encourage innovation within the team.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage team members to do the same.
• Mentor and coach team members, leveraging their unique strengths and supporting performance growth.
• Address conflicts or issues with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating when appropriate.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including the Firm’s code of conduct, compliance, and independence requirements.
